Meet Amanda

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience dedicated to helping children, adults, and families build healthier, more fulfilling lives through connection and understanding.

I’m especially passionate about helping people understand and navigate their unique needs in ways that foster connection, self-compassion, and growth within their personal and relational systems.

Your brain isn’t something to be "fixed"—it’s something to be understood and supported. Whether you’re autistic, ADHD, or navigating other forms of neurodivergence, you deserve therapy that honors your strengths and challenges without judgment or pressure to conform.

Your identity is valid, your experiences matter, and you deserve a space where you can show up as your full self. Whether you’re exploring your identity, facing societal pressures, or seeking a therapist who truly sees and supports you, this is a safe and affirming space for LGBTQIA+ individuals.

Healing doesn’t happen in a vacuum. This practice acknowledges the impact of systemic oppression and aims to provide care that is trauma-informed, anti-racist, and committed to social justice. I recognize and honor the resilience it takes to navigate these social forces daily and the toll this can take.

Out of Office

When not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter, and two dogs. I am an avid horror movie fan who loves all things spooky. I like crafting, especially making bracelets to match my collection of quirky earrings.
